It's a horrible service team overall. The food is only paying the cost due to lack of hospitality from the service team. An order placed at 7:15 pm does not reaches even at 9 pm. This is the third time this has happened, am surely not ordering anything from here anymore. They do not even have the courtesy to call customer and inform about the delay. Any other delivery partner would have offered a refund on the payment, but Al Maroosh is lacking...
