Aromas of Pind — Restaurant in Delhi

We were there once (never returned) just because this seemed to be a decent looking place to drink the evening away.

Interior and Service: It is not bad. Dim light and live music. A gentleman performed the day we were there. That is the only one thing we enjoyed. He did take our requests. Instead of tipping the obnoxious waiters, we tipped this guy. It was worth it.

Drinks: They have this 'buy one get one free' offer on beers but don't fall for it. Most of the good brands will be "out of stock". We were there at 18:00. Isn't it too early to go out of stock?

Food: We ordered Afghani Chicken. It came with cream in top of the chicken.Who pours cream over the Afghani chicken? Cheap restaurants and dhabas in Haryana do that. Seriously? Cream over the chicken? Where did the chef qualify himself from?

I was glad, we decided to order the starter first, taste it and then order the main course. Obviously, we didn't go for the main course. We ordered more beers.

Dear Readers, this is one decent place in and around Mohan Estate/ Sarita Vihar to have a couple of drinks. However, the starter they serve is terrible. We had an office party at this place and were delighted to have chosen this place. Quick service, reasonable price and tasty food. Interiors are a bit quirky though. They have a bar and an artificial tree inside to create a village ambience but it falls apart. Staff is good and friendly and had a chance to meet the owner who happened to be in the restaurant. He was very passionate about this place and interacted with the customers and A cute place tucked under the metro line, right in between the stations Mohan Estate and Sarita Vihar. So yes Aromas Of Pind was one of the places which was shortlisted by my office team .... For the team party and yes there was a dilemma in the other restaurants as well but yes, it being so close to my office it was worth giving a shot......... About the Restaurant.... it was cozy.. the staff was friendly and food was real fast from kitchen to table... That really cathched the eye and yes last but not the least it had a decent Bar with a live singer (Dada) .... Who was really gud at sounding like Kumar Sanu.... Two of the cuisine's from all that we ordered worked for me, should try Mutton Bhuna Ghosht as main course.... And Chicken Malai Tikka... Which u can compliment with a Beer if u would...
