I had a very bad experience with Bakery point. They spoiled my son's first birthday. We ordered a 5kg cocomelon theme cake and they charged 1200/kg from me. On the day when we opened the cake it was all damaged. I called them they started asking to share pics and was saying to do this and that. Everyone was waiting for the cake cutting at the venue and these people were arguing with me. My brother went there and asked to fix that cake. They kept that cake with them and gave another cake which was not the cake I ordered. We took that cake as it was an emergency. They also charge extra 1000 rs for the cake and kept the cake which we ordered.

Since we were in the situation where we didn't have any other option we had to pay them.

I would suggest not to go there and...

I purchased plum cake from this shop. It had fungus on the inside layers. It seems like he keeps old stuff. Once i bough a pizza base, it looked stale and when i asked to get another ,he had put the stale material along with the other ones. Very bad service. Not advised...
