To whom it may concern, ​I am writing to you regarding a recent purchase, which I have already called your mobile number about. As a long-time customer, I have always trusted your shop due to your strict hygiene practices, especially the use of gloves, which is why I choose to buy from you and recommend you to others. ​On Monday 1 Sep evening, I purchased 500g of besan ladoo to be used as prasad (religious offering) for Tuesday. Unfortunately, when we went to eat them on Tuesday evening, they had a strong, foul, oily smell and were completely inedible. Since they were for a religious offering, I was unable to check their freshness at the time of purchase. ​I’ve always considered your shop to be the best for quality and service, but this experience has been disappointing. Although it's a good place for good quality sweets. Connectivity road is in pathetic and horrible condition specially in rainy season. It's not even possible to walk and reach this outlet. It's impossible to see such road condition in delhi. I was shocked to see such disgusting condition. It is unbelievable that it's in capital of India. Restaurant owner should work on this by asking the authorities repair this. I know it's unfair to restaurant owner but this is my personal opinion. This is very important to take care of your near by area when you want to become a brand. Honestly I would never visit this outlet again just because of the bad condition of this road. One of the worst of it's kind. Don't go.

Very impolite staff including the owner & kinda people with narrow minds.

Found tiny cockroaches inside the Gulab jamun. The other sweets were stale & smelt weird.

The hygienic conditions are questionable. The staff working with the restaurant aren't clean and keep spitting here & there. Unclean floors.

Why should one pay for getting sick. No Covid safety rules.

Behaviour of the owner at the cash counter is pathetic. A display of arrogance at his best. Dunno what's wrong with that person.

There would be guys (friends with the owner) oogling at the females.

The quality of the food is terrible.
