I have going this place for quite a time. But last evening I had very bad experience with their owner and workers. I had ordered a custom made cake for my wife's birthday. I had shared an image of same with Person called Rahul at the counter and requested him to make the same cake. He told me there can be 18/20 of difference in came color, which I agreed happily, but the cake I received was 100% different in color. When I raised the issue with Rahul, he was very rude with me in public and later on his owner joined him and tried to bully me to my shock. After a while I also got a bit of frustrated with them and shouted back on them. The owner was more rude than the Rahul and said we sell cakes like this only, if you want take it or leave the cake here which was the very bad behavior on his part, how could I leave the cake last moment, I had guests at my place. I'm sharing both the images here what I ordered and what I got. You decide who was wrong, Me or the baker. I had ordered the pink one and they gave me purple one. Owner and Rahul told me that color difference is only 18/20. I even asked some other customers also present their about the color difference, they said it's totally different. This was really a bad bad experience with Brother's Bakery

Extremely Disappointed with Brother Bakers' Service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Brother Bakers. I purchased two packed items and specifically asked the owner twice to confirm the expiry dates, since the boxes were sealed. He assured me that everything was checked and only fresh items were packed.

Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely false. I gifted those boxes to someone, only to receive an embarrassing call saying that the items inside were expired. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of integrity and quality control.

I immediately called them to raise the issue, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they gave no positive response. No apology, no concern—just complete negligence and indifference.

It’s shocking that a business would be so careless and irresponsible, especially when customers place their trust in them. I feel cheated and extremely let down. Definitely not recommending this...

Pathetic service, I would say the worst I have witnessed till date. Initially they said they will arrange the delivery of the cake and the cake will be ready by 9:30PM. Now even after multiple follow-ups on my end they did not confirm by when will the cake be delivered. To top it off now the guy wants me to travel and pick the cake from their outlet else they will charge extra for delivery and this he claims exactly at the last moment. Never have I ever felt so harassed and that so a gesture which was meant to be a surprise for my loved ones. They charge a hefty amount and I did not even flinch while paying now they are saying delivery krenge toh extra paise lenge warna khud ake cake uthalo. Would never recommend anyone to count on this rubbish business just because of this incident. I was a faithful customer of brothers bakery but this time they managed to drive me away to their opponents. Great going brothers bakery, this way you will definitely stoop down low...
