The lady managing others I think her name was Rajni should remember, that she represents the store and her mood reflects the store and to the customers.
Don't undermine the people working under you. One day they will be at your place as well. The way you were yelling at Nandini was not nice. I heard that loud and clear. You took her name and yelled loud. I felt like I was in a weekly market a that moment.
Also Rajni if that's who you are, please attend the customers more, rather than chitchatting with others. Like talking about Imran Khan who left BK and went to Domino's. I don't want to hear that, there are customers in queue and only one lady was helping them, while you as a manager was chitchatting behind her. Please understand your job role.
Also the guy who served the order for eggless burgers to the table behind me, as it was wrongly served with egg the first time, you should apologise to the customers when you do a re-serve, especially when you're told about that from your colleague as well. You still choose to just drop the order at the table. We are customers and we pay for food, it's not for free and your salary is earned cause of our orders. Try to understand and be more customer centric.
All of you should know that your daily roles are a part of a big picture and it includes to serve customers and customer satisfaction. Otherwise, no point of me writing this big review for you to change.
I'm a regular customer and know most of your staff by name.
Please fix the mobile connectivity inside your store. The lady who helped me with my order was great, she was also able to help me get a free shake. Thank you for that.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Burger King Dilshad Garden outlet. I ordered a Makhni Burst Burger without cheese and an Iced Latte. The staff didn't allow me to use the ordering screen and added a burger with cheese without asking. When I corrected them, they supposedly updated it, but I was charged âš85 for the burger (âš65 without cheese + âš20 for cheese).
The bill didnât specify whether the burger was with or without cheese, and when I pointed this out, the staff insisted the order was correct. After eating, I checked their website and confirmed that I was overcharged. When I went back to resolve the issue, the receipt was snatched from me, and the staff offered a vanilla softy as compensation in an unprofessional tone, despite me explaining that I couldnât have cold items due to a cold.
The staffâs dismissive and rude behavior was unacceptable. This level of customer service doesnât align with the standards I expect from Burger King. Such incidents make me question the transparency and professionalism of this outlet.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service. I wouldnât recommend this outlet to anyone until...
