I used to be a regular at Drooling Station, often recommending it to my friends. However, today, on my sister's birthday celebration, we had an incredibly disappointing experience.

She ordered chili potatoes, but they were served undercooked and poorly fried. When she raised the issue with the owner, their response was argumentative instead of resolving the matter. Eventually, my sister decided to continue celebrating with her friends. However, upon receiving the bill, she noticed inflated charges. The owner claimed they were additional fees for the celebration, contradicting what was initially communicated after payment.

This kind of drastic decline in service quality and the imposition of unjustified charges are disheartening. The disrespectful behavior exhibited by the owner, especially considering their own misconduct, only added to our dissatisfaction.

I feel compelled to share this review to highlight the negative impact the owner's behavior has on customer satisfaction. With such poor treatment, it is unlikely that customers will choose to patronize this...
