Energy Point. — Restaurant in Delhi

Today, I bought 4 Biscoff cheesecakes from Energy Point as I had a great experience earlier. But this time, I was highly disappointed. I ordered it for my guests after praising its taste and quality, but they pointed out that the base was made of coconut biscuits instead of Biscoff, making it taste completely different and unpleasant. I also tasted it and agree — the flavor and texture have changed drastically. I understand Diwali rush can affect supply, but compromising on quality ruins customer trust. Please maintain the original Biscoff...

I am taking food from last many years...it is a good snack point in balbir nagar, shahdra...but after GST the owner increases the price of items and decrease the quantity and quality of food...nowadays the energy point is newly renovated..it looks good...but I again say..one more thing...the newly launched grilled sandwich's price too high and the taste is average...so plz give the quality..which u gave us from last many...
