Greenwood Cafe — Restaurant in Delhi

Had an embarrassing and pathetic experience at this place during a family gathering. Their service was painfully slow due to insufficient and incompetent staff, which struggled to handle even a moderate crowd. They took so long to prepare each food item that it was so embarrassing in front of the guests. Even after giving the order in advance, they could not make it in time and left the guests waiting. Cups were served overflowing with tea and coffee, staining the outer surface. Not one or two cups, but all the cups. We had ordered 7-8 cups of tea and coffee together, but they were served so slowly that those who ordered tea had already finished by the time the coffee arrived. It felt as though they had only one stove to prepare everything. Used plates remained unattended on the table. Prices are unreasonably high for the quality of service and food provided. Please reconsider if you are planning a family gathering or a party here. Only the decor is their plus point, rest it's all just a compromise. To your reply: I wish we were smart enough to not choose this place at the first go. With no prior disclosure of such things from your end, we trusted your words when you said that you will provide things on time. You and your team know very well how much fake or authentic this review is. If you had served things on time, your staff wouldn't have to overstay. It is very clear that taking criticism is not your forte. Humble request to you to specify your customers about your capacity to serve and handle...

I visited the place. Service was very poor. We were 6 members. And every time i called a waiter for 6th plate whether it was snacks time or main course time.. they don't have enough crockery to serve. They bring chutney bowl on table without spoon. Interior is like they have best service. But actually its not. Taste was not so good. They even charge for miniature water bottles which is really pathetic. Interior is too good.. but dont have penny for buying glasses in the crockery. And after the food... They keep the saunf in the billing pocket which is really too bad.... And when i said this thing to waiter they replied...aaj ek banda chutti pe hai... Like seriously..this kind of behaviour you showing to the customers. Only one thing i like the most. That is interior and vibes..nothing else. One suggestion i wanna give to the owner that please visit some nicely rated restaurant in pitampura like chaska and pikwik . Then you will realise these...

Nice decent sitting but food is not for garlic haters, food taste and quality is ok, not too good, prices are quite high, if you order 6 naan, 2 vegetables and 1 plate fried rice for 6 people it will cost you 1500, service was the most frustrating part, slowest service ever! I would give -5/10 to the service part. At first the waiter don't even bothered to ask the order, after half an hour, and repeated callings, he came. Even water water was not served for an hour!! No serving spoon was provided with Manchurian, butter roti was very dry (without butter), food was not freshly prepared and even the AC was not working. Kisiko bhi vha par kisi ko as a guest le jane ke liye 100 bar sochna chahiye!!! And the owners are so proudy that they don't think they have any mistake...
