Alok at the payment counter is always helpful and professional. He goes the extra mile to answer any queries, which really enhances the overall experience.

The cooking staff is polite and understanding, Aspak & Roshan.I always request my food without onion and garlic, and they consistently accommodate this by providing suitable alternatives when needed. Their attention to detail is much appreciated.

So far, the taste and quality of the food have been consistently good. While I’ve noticed a slight decrease in quantity over the past year, I remain hopeful that the focus will stay on serving delicious, high-quality food.

A humble request: please continue maintaining your current standards, even as you grow. I've experienced a noticeable drop in quality at other outlets like Haldiram in Lajpat and Jasola. It would be disappointing to see the same happen here.

There was no issues with the food as usual with Haldiram's but my experience with the hospitality was the worst I have ever experienced at any Haldiram's store due to the below 2 reasons:

A/Cs turned off and wasn't turned turned on even after complaining. Quantity served was less than what other Haldiram's outlet has to offer and after humbly asking to fill it properly, the manner less staff "Amrita" said this is a taunting tone and with unpleasant facial expression that "Aur kaha dalu sir, koi jagah nhi hai...itna hi aata hai". Though she refilled and it was then fine, the food never spilled off the plate as she was stating. This kind of behaviour totally ruined my experience.

After the above, I can say that it was my first and last visit at Tughlaqabad Haldiram's outlet. I would rather prefer outlets at Nehruplace, Kalkaji and Lajpat nagar but would not...
