M.Gopinath South Indian Cafe — Restaurant in Delhi

Pathetic experience. You order something and get the other, had been eating here since the past 8 years but never faced this much. Moreover this has been repeated more than 6 consecutive times, for the first time the customer thinks that lets forgive them on account of human error coz it hasn't happened before and pays the full money, 2nd time it's ok but not again and again. Tried both takeaway and dine in. On top of that once I had placed a takeaway order for 2 plate Vadas, i even confirmed twice that it's the correct order or not, but as expected they packed only 1 plate in the price of 2. I visited Gopinath South Indian Restaurant recently and ordered a paneer dosa. To my shock, the paneer was completely stale — it smelled bad and tasted sour. It was not only disappointing but also unsafe to eat. Clearly, they are not checking the freshness of their ingredients.

When I complained, the staff showed zero accountability and didn't even apologize properly. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it concerns food quality and health.

Ordered a lot of things, paneer masala dosa, onion mix veg uttapam, idli sambhar and vada plate with curd. And I asked for preparation in butter. After taking order they send me extremely salty food.
