Ordered a 3-tier cake over the phone for 4.5 kg. I specially asked for a change in the color as per my choice, however, when it arrived at home, it wasn't the same as what I had asked for. I paid 2450/- and didn't get any candles and a knife which is common sense. It was so upsetting. I didn't get any confirmation after the order got completed and delivered.
