Pathetic experience. The owner of the bakery is ruthless, rude , and full on attitude person. He doesn't even know how to talk. He is bloody frustrated from his life I guess. I used to visit this bakery quite frequently but now till the time I'm in Subhash nagar will never even see towards it. In today's world customer service is the most essential thing. And this bloody person doesn't even know how to talk. There are many more good bakeries than this in...

The owner doesn't know how to talk with customers and is full of attitude....don't know why??? There are many bakeries in the vicinity of this shop and serving and selling extremely good quality products at affordable prices....I think that is the reason why other bakeries nearby are able to attract more customers than his in a short span of time. Know first how to deal with...

This owner is very rude and has no clue about customer centricity This bakery will run out of business in the coming years as customer experience is at its lowest and people these days do not care about brands only as they are multiple options available around this area and slowly and gradually will switch out because of ruthless pathetic demeaning sometimes...
