Nirankari bakery — Restaurant in Delhi

I had bought cakes from nbc 3 times earlier, every time it was fine. But today only i got to see their true colours. Bought 1.5 kg cake for 1500. Went back home ,cut it and distributed to neighbour kids & they went back home. When we tasted it was bitter like "neem" it had a degraded cream. I went to the shop with remaining cake and complaint. They tasted it and shamefully denied that its bitter. They knew it was bitter but didn't agree. After a heated argument they agreed to pay 600 only. They were tasting it from bottom intentionally, not the cream. They have their home at first floor . After hearing noise the owners mother came out & said koi baat nhi bhai. When we called her and asked her to taste the cream the worker tried to gave her the base but we objected & gave her cream, when tasted she smiled looking towards us and when we urged to her tell the truth , in low voice she said haan( Yes) means it was bitter. Then again Said koi baat nhi. Then one of their worker,when the owner had left the place, also agreed it could be because of a thing used in cream the taste could be bitter. But the owner kept denying shamelessly. This is the genuine customer review. I don't have any personal enmity with them.i'm not saying that he gave me the degraded and bitter cake intentionally, but if u have committed a mistake u should have the "balls" to accept it. Any human can commit mistake But if a person is cheating in broad daylight, he should be exposed to the world. This is not the customer oriented behaviour, i have seen such incidents happening with other people,honest owners do accept their mistakes but he surely is not one amongst them. If owner is not honest , not ready to accept his mistake, it should be brought to public notice so that other people can beware of such dishonest and disgusting behaviour. Definitely not going to buy anything from NBC. Beware people, it can happen...

I recently visited NBC Bakery and Restaurant at Najafgarh Thana Road and had a delightful experience with their food. The variety and quality of dishes offered are truly commendable. A bakery located right at the 'khaira mod' intersection, 2nd shop from the intersection opposite to the metro station to be precise. It would satisfy your sweet tooth cravings but that's it. Their cakes and pastries are good, neither the fluffy service of clouds and choco chips nor the bland bread that feels like chewing cotton.
