Paramjeet Machi Wala — Restaurant in Delhi

Highly overrated and an expensive corner. Tried their Fish Tikka, fish pakoda and fish Tandoori but all of them disappointed. First of all there was no proper place to eat. Dogs were roaming there and be ready to share your plate with them if you are planning to eat there. If you don't throw one or two pieces to them, they will literally pull your trouser.

Second, hygienically it is worst place. It is located on main road and their fishes, masala, chutney and chopped onions all lying in open containers, thus allowing dust particles to mix in.

Third, I have heard a lot about this place but their dishes were not upto the mark. Fish pakoda was draining with oil and there was no marination in fish tandoori, though they claim to use some secret masalas! Overall, fish tasted average. And their chutney was pathetic and due to excessive use of lemon, it was too sour.

Last but not least, it is too expensive (and too much expensive when you taste their food). 430 rupees for four small pieces while elsewhere you will get half a kilo good quality cooked fish in this price. People come in their vehicles, consume liquor and eat fish inside the car, in front of shop. That's why it is always crowded.

Verdict- for students, professionals and food connoisseurs, it is strictly no no. Go if you want to have liquor in your car along with dusty fish. And yes, be ready to burn 1500 rupees for a meal. They don't accept card payments and no nearby ATM. You won't get any receipts for your meal. Bear this too along...

Food is fine. But the staff are very rude. They don't even entertain, if somebody is waiting to give an order. I paid money through Paytm and I have shown him the payment transaction in Paytm. The guy who was there saw me in a very strange manner as I didn't paid money. He called and verified with his owner that the money came or not. Wasted around 15 minutes time for that particular issue....

Unhygienic restaurant. My family and I got food poisoning resulting in fever and diarrhoea from this restaurant. We only ordered the rumali roti and chicken. Horrible experience. Even after 5 days I still get a fever in the morning. Don’t order unless you want to suffer from fever, horrible vomiting and diarrhoea. Choose your health and don’t order...
