PATIALA SHAHI PUNJABI DHABA — Restaurant in Delhi

Food was good but service was absolutely poor, just try to describe the problem we faced. No sitting was available when we arrived somehow managed to grab a standing table outside. Then we ordered the food (veg. And non-veg both) and waited for almost half an hour but the boy who took our receipt was also standing in queue waiting for the order to be placed. Then one of my friend saw some people coming outside the first floor, he went and checked out whether table for 4 is available or not, luckily we got one. Then after we waited another half an hour because there was only one waiter who was delivering the orders and was also helpless. One family waited for crockery for more than 20 minutes to serve the food and another family (old aged parents and their son and his family) waited for half an hour and left the place because no waiter entertained them ( disheartening to me). This is what we noticed and was in front of us other persons tale we don't know who visited the place tomorrow i.e. 19 Sept. 2021. These guys need serious and urgent overhauling. average food, above average prices and to top it all off, I got a bowl full of half cooked butter chicken delivered at my home that too without butter in it. it was my first experience when I saw the butter chicken that didn't have butter in it. health wise it was a good thing, but if I cared that much about health, I'd rather order a bittergourd soup and not butter chicken. it made me feel like either throw away the chicken or walk up to their shop and demand for a full refund. neither of the ideas seemed practical, so just gulped down the chicken and decided not to order...
