I had a very bad experience at Pizza Gallera outlet. I ordered a medium and small pizza, and both were burnt. The taste was also not good at all. On top of that, the AC was not working, making the place hot and uncomfortable. There was even a spider crawling near the mirror on the side wall, which is extremely unhygienic.

Sitting in such heat with burnt pizzas and poor cleanliness was really disappointing
