Pizza Hut | Devli Road, Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

Being a customer of pizza hut I am surprised to see that people on make-table Mr Rajender was allowing a colleague of him to put pepperoni and other toppings with bare hands which was not acceptable by Pizza hut

It was not just once he was doing that several times and which I didn't liked at all ... pizza cutter with whom staff was cutting the pizza was in such a bad condition if anyone see would raised an issue on the same ... staff also picked up garlic bread with bear hand which came out from the oven...

Honestly I will not visit then again and will ask pizza hit to do an inquiry on the staff...

I ordered 5 Veggie Feast Pizza today and I am extremely disappointed with the experience, The Pizzas arrived cold, were bad in taste and it seems like they used stale dough. The Pizzas were having taste like stale Pizza, maybe because they have used left out or stale dough.

I called the store to give this complaint but the lady on call was laughing and said "go do complaint on Zomato because you have ordered from Zomato, and we don't take complaints"

Total disappointment from this.

It's really unexpected that they take customer issues/complaints as joke and feel good at...

One of the worst pizza huts out there. 3 times I ordered. First time it was a home delivery and they didn't come to deliver so I had to go to the showroom and pick it up. Second time the person making the pizza was so inexperienced that he was looking at the menu and figuring out what toppings to put. And the third time they got the order wrong. Instead of cheese max they have me kebab pizza.

Since then I decided never to visit this particular store again. I've been to many pizza huts and this one is the worst. Please go to any other store, maybe in Malviya Nagar...
