I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. There was a time when it used to be excellent, especially when the old uncle managed it and I was a regular customer there (approx 4 times in a month). However, ever since his son took over, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. His communication skills are lacking and he don't know how to talk with customers and he seems to have a mindset from the 19th century, which is completely out of touch with modern customer service. Not to mention, the food quality has also been on the decline. I cannot recommend this restaurant anymore. I think that is the reason that old very well goodwill resturants are declining and some brands managed by foreign companies are increasing in India. If their behaviour specially way of talking does not improve I will not be surprice that all the business will be handled only...

Strongly discourage dining at this restaurant. The staff here lacks basic customer service skills, and I was baffled when they told me that they needed to wash the utensils if I wanted to eat there. I went in and tried to order a simple dish, half malai chap, only to be refused with the absurd demand of washing the utensils.
