I recently had the pleasure of trying Malai Chaap, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the very first bite, I was blown away by the rich, creamy texture and the perfectly balanced flavors. The chaap was marinated to perfection — tender, juicy, and infused with a luscious blend of spices and cream that melted in the mouth. What truly impressed me was the freshness of the ingredients. The smoky aroma from the tandoor paired with the silky, buttery coating made every bite irresistibly delicious. It had just the right amount of spice without overpowering the creamy richness, making it ideal for people who enjoy flavorful yet mild dishes. The presentation was equally appealing — served piping hot with a garnish of fresh coriander, onion rings, and a zesty mint chutney that complemented the dish beautifully. It’s clear that great care was taken in both preparation and plating. Malai Chaap is the perfect vegetarian alternative to creamy grilled meats, and it’s something I would recommend even to non-vegetarians. It’s hearty, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. Whether you're hosting a party, enjoying a family dinner, or simply craving something indulgent, this dish hits the spot every single time. Kudos to the chef for crafting such a standout dish. I’ll definitely be coming back for more and recommending this to all my friends and family. Malai Chaap is now officially one of my...
Read moreDuring 11 in night, me and my cousin went out just to roam around with our new scooter... And I am not from delhi so my cousin suggested this place and when we reach there there is a lot of croud outside, and anyone can say that this place is a bit famous.
The menu there is like bit confusing but after going through the menu, we ordered "BHEJA FRY" and uncleji said it will take 15 minutes atleast so we decided to fill up the tank and then vome and have the chaap we ordered. So we said to uncleji that we are going to be back in 10 min. And we're going to eat there.
But I don't think he listens to me as when we arrive back at the place they packed our order and when I said to the person giving our order that," we want to eat this sitting inside" he said something which really feels bad.. He said," bhai maine pack krdiya hai pura, aur saath mai lo 4 plate our spoon bhi rakh di hain.. jaha man kare vha baith k khalo".
So I got an idea and started opening by chaap box on the order counter where uncleji was and started eating there.. But after taking the first bite I must say that the bheja fry is really delicious and mind blowing. And after the first bite I decide to end my anger there and we take our order to our scooty and eat there...
