Also no one can have food for free, they paid you. If they paid you for your service. Then they have a right to know and objection also, if they found something wrong which is not committed.
For your information we have booking of 20 people, and our guest extend to 25. So buffet should be there as per your policy.
Definitely you serve many customers , i dont know the whole rating and review are genuine or not. But if i am talking about me, that is my experience with you guys. And i am not stopping to escalate this issue over here only. You guys ruined my baby 1st birthday party. I will make sure you will also feel the same, that i feel. )

I have not requested for inside, that is my problem kids were there or not in cold wheater. If i booked for open space , i dont have any issue, then who the hell are you, doing this thing.
If you were not there then close this restaurant. Do not allow any staff to deal with customers. Because there is no value for your staff words and commitment. )
I had booked a small part at Zoca courtyard Najafgarh branch on 19th Feb 24, for my Son 1st Birthday.
I completely feel cheated over there by Zoca team i.e. Mr. Arun (employee) , Mr. Amandeep(franchise owner/restaurant owner), Mr. Sourabh (Manager)
Reason: i booked outer OPEN space for party for 20 people on 10th Feb 24 for 19th Feb 24 Evening 7pm onwards.
But they changed my location for inner side without my knowledge and information from any source. I totally surprised when i reached there. I talked with @Arun @Sourabh @Amandeep , but they totally disappointed me, even though they blaming me you booked for Inside, instead of apology and doing any action against the issue.
If you have larger booking then atleast you have to inform/request me for changing the same, but you didn’t. Totally Disappointed.
Also note : they put other party banner in front of main gate, that shows here not my party , other party only. I ask manager to remove this and place at there party premises. They denied the same also.
Also if i talked about the services. Pathetic service i had ever seen in Zoca chain. In my menu Soups i include. Coffee i include. But no one serve the same. Even not on single table.
Why i booked buffet ? When i need to order one by one. Then why you take booking for per person ?
There will be not any menu for me, or for guest. So that they aware these are the inclusions. That why we missed many things,
Also many of our quests are went , without tried some items like Desserts , Snacks etc. Because they not aware.

Whats the proof i pay 10000/- to you ? I paid full amount to you. So don't put fake comments. And i am also from Najafgarh. But i cant suggest anyone to go Zoca Courtyard Najafgarh.
For your knowledge, before my event, i suggested 3-4 party to your restaurant. And 2 of them provide me the negative feedback about the buffet. And i told the same to Arun also. They assure me , in my case no issue will come. But all promises were false.

We started with a Chinese platter and the issues began right there. Not only was it served cold, but the taste was also far from acceptable. Even my 5-year-old daughter, who loves fries and never says no to them, barely managed to eat half. That says a lot about how bad the taste was. When we complained about the platter being cold, the server took it back, only for it to come back cold again! It seems like the kitchen staff either doesn’t listen or simply doesn’t care.
Moving on to the main course—while the taste was okay, the naan was drenched in butter despite me explicitly requesting minimal butter. This shows a total disregard for customer preferences and instructions.
What worked:
The ambience was truly lovely, perfect for a special occasion.
The serving staff was polite, prompt and did their best to make up for the kitchen's mistakes.
What didn’t work (and completely spoiled our evening):
The platter’s taste was below par and far from what one expects from a restaurant of this level.
The kitchen staff showed a shocking lack of professionalism and care.
Simple instructions, like reheating food or adjusting butter, were ignored.
This was meant to be a special dinner for our anniversary, but instead, it became a lesson in unmet expectations.
