Hello,
I came to the restaurant on 06/08/23 with my family and relatives for the lunch after my Son's naming ceremony. I had lot of expectations about Thalappakatti and that's why I have chosen your restaurant for the party lunch.
The well known parking issue was already there and we struggled to park our cars. Next is the staff availability, it was Sunday but not enough Staff on that day. We had waited for 45 mins to get the seats, but that's is fine. Coming to the service, that's the worst part, we had waited to take order longer than the wait time to get the seats. We have experienced very poor service and when we have asked the manager said we do not have enough staffs today, so we couldn't do much. Moreover, I had ordered for Mutton Biryanis and he didn't ask me whether it's a Boneless or Normal Biryani. Also, he didn't tell me that we have only Boneless Biryani. I was a surprise when I saw the final bill costed 4500+ Rs. Apart from the above, the taste of the food, it didn't met our expectations. I have had food in your Dindigul, Oddanchathram and Chennai branches but this is not up to the mark comparitively.
Please focus on the Quality of the food, better service and the parking issue.
Also, if there is no enough Staff, we can't blame you , but don't Dine in. Rather provide Take away, instead of providing the poor Dine in...
Read moreWorst. I didn’t had a fresh chicken here, definitely they use frozen chicken. Ordered for a combo lunch @599, Chicken Biriyani in 1 pot, and refer the image for the chicken piece size, the chicken varuval has pasty texture and unfortunately that too was frozen chicken, in the combo, we’ve chosen the “Kothuparotta” the quantity was high, the chicken quality is poor, to make you understand better, if you cook chicken multiple times, how the texture would be, the same condition was here. Finally, the Gulaam jaamoon as part of the combo was not available and the waiter requested us for an alternative and served the “Tutty fruity” icecreams. Better go to a normal Mess or restaurant, where they might not have the freezing facility, so as to good food. This hotel just possess the brand image, if they continue their quality like this, definitely they’ll ruin their business. 3 to 4 cars can be parked in front of the restaurant, all card payment...
