Myself Dr Ruchir Jain from Ujjain. Today was my dauther birthday. We are regular customers of yours but this time we had very pathetic and sadful experience. Madam who had taken our order doesn't turn up after that. Nobody was interested in taking follow up orders. Every time we have to call your counter person for order. Order was served in segments though it was very small. Our bread has not even served , we have recalled 4-5 times. Your all persons were interested in large groups.
