Worst Experience!!!Never going to visit again!! I've visited here with my family during Durga Puja and to be honest it is the most Bizzare!! restaurant I've ever seen... Firstly you've to take token/payment slip/bill in which you have to pay first for meal of your choice so that you can't make a fuss if anything goes wrong. It is a 2 storey building with terrace,ground floor is kind of billing section with few tables,first floor is having room with good tables and ambience but they closed that one during our visit,they shifted us to terrace where there we're tables and chairs,the setup was giving a feel like kind of I'm attending someone's marriage invitation.. Poor management,poor hygiene,insects everywhere (don't know how many I've eaten with the food served), inexperienced staff(basically caterers type of concept), Food Quality: Not good; I had pulao and mutton and pulao was made with low quality rice although mutton was 50-50... Came to the new outlet of Swapan restaurant for the first time and the experience was little poor .... I tried the briyani (full plate)here . We ordered two plates of full plate biriyani .Normally I know I will get an chicken chap with it but they provided a little piece of chicken which is 1/4 smaller. Very bad place, I went there during Durga Puja and ordered Jeera rice and paneer curry. The waiters did not acknowledge our order, and we had to wait for 1 hr to receive our order.
