Pimpleshwar Point — Restaurant in Dombivali

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. During my lunch at the Rice Bowl restaurant, I encountered an issue with the food, which was served lukewarm. When I raised my concern to the manager, I was met with an unprofessional response. Instead of offering an apology, the manager dismissed my complaint with the remark, "Rice may rahta hai, health ko kuch nahi hoga."

This type of response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards of customer service. The lack of courtesy and the failure to acknowledge the issue is deeply disappointing. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive prompt and effective solutions to any concerns.

I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you are seeking good service and professionalism. The staff’s dismissive attitude and lack of proper manners make this hotel an unappealing choice for future visits.

Last night we went to Pimpleshwar Point Hotel for dinner. We had ordered paneer pakoda as a starter. But the pakodas were very oily and there was a lot of baking soda in it. When we told the Waiter about it, he said he don’t know , order has been made as ordered. Then we showed him the pakodas and showed how much soda is added (can be seen in Photos). We asked him, How to eat this? Because the whole Pakodas were tasting like Soda. Cost of Paneer Pakoda was Rs 180. We didn’t eat it full still paid the amount. Food here is great. Service is bit slow. I visited in afternoon. It was taking time to deliver the food on table. Food quality and taste is very nice. It is located on the highway and has limited parking space. 5 to 6 cars can easily be parked. We ordered panner chilly, veg Manchurian, cheese kofta curry and roti,dal rice too it was good.
