For all those who cannot stand unclean environment, this is not the place to be. We came with lots of expectations and we find that the place is not kept clean. Floor was scattered with bread crumbs, the oregano sprinkler was dirty. Service is undoubtedly very slow. I must admit that the pizza was tasty indeed. I give 2 stars in this review only for the pizza. The room is large but the furniture isn't sufficient, customers who get a place to sit are lucky and who don't just need to keep staring at those lucky ones. So we just came out and entered Subway which is next door. Following suggestions: Pls ensure regular floor cleanliness (sweeping and mopping). Pls ensure availability of sufficient seating. Pls ensure drinking water availability. Pls ensure thorough cleaning of washroom. Some fragrance or room freshner required badly. Main entrance door needs repair (it's very hard to open)

Domino's at Secto 11 - Needs Improvement for Dine-In

This Domino's outlet seems to be one of the older ones in Gandhinagar, and unfortunately, the interior reflects that. The decor is dated and worn, with dirty tiles and soiled wallpaper. The tables and chairs appear mismatched and poorly arranged. The washroom hygiene was also a concern, with a lack of cleanliness and basic supplies like tissues.

The staff seemed to lack enthusiasm and professionalism. They weren't very proactive in creating a positive customer experience. During my visit, the restaurant wasn't busy, yet several tables needed clearing, which remained unattended. Additionally, the service speed was slow, with my single pizza and side order taking nearly 25 minutes to arrive. Perhaps the staff at the Subway next door could offer some tips on efficient fast-food service.

On a positive note, the food itself was decent. The pizza tasted good, and the sides were satisfactory. You can browse their menu online for a wider selection.

Overall, while the food is salvageable, I wouldn't recommend dining in at this particular Domino's outlet. It's better suited for take-out or online orders to avoid the...

I am extremely disappointed with the continuous decline in service and food quality at this outlet. Despite complaining multiple times over the past year, there has been no improvement.

Today, I placed an order via Swiggy (Order No. 105) and yet again received a half-baked pizza, as clearly shown in the attached images. The base was completely raw from the bottom—chewy, undercooked, and inedible. The toppings were loosely placed, falling apart, and the texture overall was poor.

But it doesn’t stop there. I had specifically ordered Stuffed Garlic Bread with Corn & Jalapenos, but shockingly received Makhni Paneer Tikka Garlic Bread instead. It tasted terrible, was overfilled with oily makhni sauce, and just like the pizza, half-baked and soggy. This is not only careless but also unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s.

We’ve been loyal customers, but this kind of recurring negligence is frustrating. It feels like customer feedback is not taken seriously and quality checks are non-existent at this branch.

Domino’s, please take strict action against this outlet or you will keep losing your loyal...
