Domino's Pizza | CGR Mall, Sri Ganganagar — Restaurant in Ganganagar

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery experience for my recent order (#181), placed on 30th June 2025 at 9:13 PM.

Despite entering the correct address and sharing my live location at the time of ordering, I received two calls from the delivery person, both asking for my address again. During the call, I clearly explained the directions and also asked him where exactly he was standing so I could guide him properly. However, he did not respond at all, neither acknowledged my question nor gave any update.

It felt like the entire confusion was being pushed on me instead of being responsibly handled by the delivery staff. This behavior caused unnecessary stress and delay, which is quite unprofessional for a reputed brand like Domino’s.

I request that you kindly look into this issue and take appropriate action to ensure better communication and service from your delivery staff...

It is a franchise of Domino's pizza, a part of Jubilant foods. It is in the ground floor of the CGR mall near the motor market and on the Hanumangarh road of Sriganganagar. It has paid parking in front of the mall. The place is small but well illuminated. One long table with few high stools are there. It has few double seats with small tables facing the busy main road. It has few more smaller tables. It offers a wide variety of vegetarian and chicken pizzas, garlic bread sticks, stuffed garlic bread, chocolate cakes, chicken wings, and a limited selection of cool drinks. Fast service and home delivery is also available. My kids love the taste and I regularly...

I visit to this place today at CGR Mall Sri Ganganagar and ordered to pack a premium burger on the suggestion of receptioionist. Order was given to me after 30 mins..... And 30 mins doesnt matter as it can be process of their kitchen ruling..... But the main thing to complaint is that after all this process whenever I was started to eat that burger....... There was something missing...... And that was tomato sauce..

And how is it possible to forget this basic thing....

So I am kindly requesting to please aware those guys......
