Mugs & Bites — Restaurant in Ganganagar

Though I know the owner of cafe but being recuperating germophobe let me put it straight. If I ever find hair in food I m having, I think cafe owner has to answer lot of questions. I had hair in plate of Maggie I ordered. No replacement no apologies. Like you can continue after removing hair. Funny though. Half of my order was placed with my questions about food being ignored. Wooden seats are pain in ass (no pun intended). Music is American rock with random British pop stars. Some Chetan Bhagat books available to spice up the environment. Go there keep your expectations grounded and be assertive if your food is messed up. AND IT IS VEG ONLY CAFE. I just called spade a spade. Wishing luck to the team. Edit 1) outright lie that I was offered replacement or any apology. Max I expected. I was out through the door all I saw few people looking and then ignored again. A hair drenched in maggie masala and lying exactly below layers of noodles (for which I used fork to take it out) cannot be a Traveller from vicinity. To hide your one mistake you are labelling your another customer with hair loss issue. All I expected was a replacement or superficial anger on staff, This is the best medium I used to vent my anger. Will be here if another cooked up story...

This place has these amazing unexplainable vibes. Staff here is so friendly. The food is yummiest. Also they care about your specifications and help customizing dishes according to your taste buds. My most favourites are Nachos platter, jalapeno cheese pizza and fruit punch. Most of the beverages are served tasty like peach ice tea had this proper amount of soda. The chef in mugs and bites just knows my taste I feel. It has always been a pleasurable experience there ♥

Mugs and bite is a tasty but expensive place to go I visited there many time and what I noticed is the amount we pay there is a lot more than what we eat even we cant feel our belly full after spending a lot.. the amount which we spend there could easily fill our belly if we spend that much amount on restaurant to eat lunch or dinner...and even that food is tasty tooo so I won't recommend that to spend alot of money in mugs and bite and dont even feel that u have...
