Extremely pathetic service. Never expected such level of unprofessional behaviour. I booked for my son's birthday party tonight. Before booking, I met with the manager multiple times to understand the service as there were 25+ guests coming. At the time of taking the booking, floor manager (Gaurav Tyagi & Sahil) assured me hassle free service and all arrangements. They ensured me that during the time of party, I will not need to come out for anything, service boy will take of all our running requirements. But just opposite happened. I kept on chasing the floor manager, service boys, following up for the order. Very slow service. When I suggested to add one more service boy as one is not sufficient to serve 25 guests, manager told me that on one booking they will give only 1 service boy irrespective of head count. As they don't consider the workload because of headcount, they are not able to provide satisfactory or bare minimum required service. Also, the service boys are not the trained ones. When we asked them to serve the cakes, they crushed all the cake using spoon, then started serving it as an egg bhurji. All guests were deeply frustrated. Me and my wife didn't have food properly as we were so embarrassed in front of our guests. Very rude behaviour of floor managers at the time of real service time. I will never ever come back for any sort of part...

This is first time i experience the poor service of bikanervala. 1)cashier doesnt know that easy dinning service is avaliable, he straight away refuses that they dont take easy dining card, previously it was but now its not taking service through easy dining. Later on when i complain to easy dininig customer care then they told bikanervala giving service through easy dining. When i told the same to cashier then he was simply smiling and said ki mujhe pata nahi tha... So unproffessional behaviour. I went to govindpuram bikanervala just because of easy dining service but they did not given me that service. 2) food quality was poor, i ordered chowmin, veg plater,vada sambhar. Chowming was too sticky , wasnt cooked the way i used to eat on other branches of bikaner. Vada sambhar was given but on repeititive asking the sambhar was given when vada was almost finished...poor service. Veg Platter was given in which veg roll stuffing was poor quality, looks like it was made beforehand and later on it was served by just maikng it fry again.... worst qualty of plater i eate here in govindpuram branch. 3) poor service of staff very unproffesional... I recently visited Bikanerwala during Navratri. The restaurant's entrance featured a lovely image of a Navratri thali. However, my dining experience was mixed:

The billing process was average, and UPI payments were hindered due to a blue light affecting the card reader. After receiving a seat marker, I proceeded to the dining area. The ambiance was pleasant, but the experience quickly soured when the thali was served.

Instead of the advertised steel thali, the food was served on plastic partitioned plates that appeared stained. While the aloo sabzi was enjoyable, the poori and samak khichadi were disappointing. The shahi paneer and kofta were also just okay.

The small wooden spoon provided was difficult to use, making it challenging to eat the food efficiently. The only highlight was the fresh cucumber and tomato salad.

I would not recommend Bikanerwala. The thali was overpriced at INR 462, and the quality of the food did not justify the cost. It's much easier and more satisfying to prepare samak rice at home.
