Being a top food and restaurant reviewer of Ghaziabad Just all you to know about this café scam, then you will come to know its name should be heart attack in place because people of this café are doing below scams.

1- We booked buffet for 12 in 3000 for 3 hours but he asked extra money from us later explain his false commitment and he asked for 4000 for 12 people as we trusted him and not took any receipt, and made 1500/- advance payment, there were only 5 dishes served, no main course they have. We entered in café at 06:35 Pm and 1st item served us at 07:00PM after multiple reminders, in a single plate for 12 people (including 4-year girl also) no small plate no fork, no spoon, after multiple reminders we could get few fork spoon, even no tissue paper was present there. They committed us 4 types of Mojitos but later they said we don’t have stock of 2 flavours. Few great things a- Hot soup served in small disposable dal bowls of plastic b- Mojito was served in disposable tea cups c-Monchow soup without noodle d-Every where in place of cheese the used mayonnaise e-Burgers served in small pieces and cold and rotten. d-cake was terrible and they forced us to take cake from them , we want to take cake from outside but they were not going to reduce charges. e- Malai chaap roll were having chaap with mayonnaise. f- Farm house pizza without toping and with mayonnaise in place of cheese

2- False statement by these looters that we did takeaway and packaging, if we are ordering you something at 08:30pm and u are serving at 9pm one side and you are making hurry for time, other side guests are leaving, then what’s the option???????? We as a guest were taking politely but he and staff shouting on ladies and kids.

3-Booking was committed for 3 hours but owner started pushing to us for vacating after 1.5 Hour, we were not satisfied by rude behavior of owner , his father and staff for kids and ladies, I given you 1 star because there is no option of 0 or negative star, as you don’t have policies. We don’t want ever to be hosted by you and I like to declare I will try Ghaziabad people, specially Lajpat nagar, Rajendra nagar , mohan nagar and near by area should not be looted by you. It was none other than a nightmare you people ruin my daughter’s birthday party even giving extra...

It was a small and cute place. Visited this place for the first time and the actual review can be found below! !! AMBIENCE !! The place had only indoor seating arrangements. There was a total space of 18peeps. The place was clean and could be found easily. !! GOODS !! The prices here are highly resonable. They have many ongoing offers all year long. The quantity of food was also satisfactory. I ordered an Italian Meal worth 199/- and it was more than my appetite. Momo's were good here. !! BADS !! I felt that the food quality was below average. They had mayo as a topping in honey chilli potato which made it taste bad. The service time was a bit slow. Some of the products from the menu were unavailable. !! REVIEW !! Hiii Everyone , Cafe Heartbeat I visited 4 to 5 times but My experience was worst about this cafe , Today's I order One Pizza 🍕 with Onion and capsicum and after 30 Min later It came without stuffing onion and after that I complaint for owner ,this is 3rd time I ordered Pizza and Cook forget some ingredients this then I returned pizza and I wait minimum 10 min then It came on my Table ,with Onion 😄 ,I gotta Angry and I added Pizza Picture also , and I Paid 115 rs for this Worst Pizza as well Owner and staff response Like yukk as well they have no manner how they are treating Customers , So I did not eat , I had taken pizza nd now Street Dog is eating pizza.

It's my humble request for every visitors , Don't choose this Bcz it's waste yur time as well...
