I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high ratings – feels like either fake reviews or done by their own people. My experience was terrible:
Hygiene? Zero. The plate I was given had hair stuck on it and was visibly dirty, then i asked them to give me a disposable plate. Even the onions served weren’t fresh.
Food quality? Pathetic. I ordered butter chicken, but what they served was literally Changezi chicken with a lump of butter thrown on top. They don’t even know that butter chicken means a smooth, creamy gravy – not just adding butter.
Staff behaviour? Worst I’ve seen. I asked for the handwash area, and the guy at the billing counter just vaguely pointed “that side.” When I couldn’t find it (since it was my first visit), the whole staff laughed at me. Extremely unprofessional and insulting.
Overall, dirty environment, poor food standards, and rude staff. Definitely not...
Read moreWud have given a minus rating if there was an option. It's a cheap Moradabadi type streetside degh posing to be a Mughlai restaurant. Ambience: Full of houseflies. Food: Cheap reused cooing oil used in all preparations, including their much acclaimed Chicken Changezi. The gravy doesn't even have onions. Its cheap magaz (crushed cucumber seeds) with some souring and coloring agent. Didn't even seem a tomato gravy. Avoid at all costs if you care for your health. And BTW having tasted Mughlai in almost every corner of NCR, I can say authoritatively that...
Read moreOrdered chicken kabab dry. The price on the menu was 50 per kabab but he was asking 55 per kabab. When pointed out, he was adamant that price is 55 only. I paid him 50 per kabab as per menu after a bit of argument. Taste - these are the frozen kababs not hand made like in Jama Masjid. They are hard and not very tasty. It’s ok for one time taste if you are...
