Honest Review Alert - They should work on improving dine-in experience. I stay in the society itself, and have visited here multiple times. Most of the time, they keep AC and lights off. Even when customer is there, they do not prefer to switch it on until and unless you ask them for 3-4 times. Also, tap of wash basin is not working and you will not find soap in the dispenser. I have seen observed some difference in the taste compared to other outlets. Cheese they use, seems like milk and tastes very weird. Staffs are always occupied with something else. You have to wait until they complete their current conversation over the phone or chitchat among themselves. Their household and internal gossiping is more important than customer waiting at counter. I ordered pizza from Domino's through their app and chose cash on delivery as the payment option. However, they called me and threatened to cancel the order if I don't pay online immediately. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I should have the right to choose the payment method that suits me best. They also ignored my request to bring a carry bag twice. I even agreed to pay the extra charge for the bag, but they still didn't bring it. The delivery person handed me the pizza box without any bag and expected me to carry it like that. I had a terrible experience at the Domino's located inside Bharat City. Unfortunately, the security guards were extremely rude and didn't allow us to enter the premises. This made it impossible to even reach the Domino's outlet. It was very frustrating and disappointing. If customers can't access the store, what's the point of having a Domino's there?
