I Love Chillies — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Terrible Experience at I ♥️ chillies Rating: 1/5, i wish i could give rating in negative.

Our recent visit to [I ♥️ chillies] was a disaster from start to finish. The food took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, and when it did, it was subpar. The lady owner was extremely arrogant and unhelpful, dismissing our concerns with a condescending attitude. When i asked her that after snack we have been waiting for more than 45mins for main course then she said “ snacks k baad apki table par khana fekh thodi denge” main course me time lgta h, this thing happened when we already booked it for the night party advanced already paid , full menu all set for the evening and we also gave them approx time. Just worst restaurant. No manners at all.

To make matters worse, we discovered that the same gravy was used for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Paneer and chicken gravy was like they mixed it with water. No taste at all, full liquid thing.

The ambiance was also a letdown. The AC wasn't working, and the speakers were blasting distorted music. The lighting kept fluctuating, and eventually, they switched off all the fans, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated.

Avoid this place unless they seriously revamp their service, kitchen practices,...

Sincerely, in the two types of chicken biryani and chicken fried rice, which were delivered found, the rice not cooked properly. It was half cooked. Taste was OK but 🥵 spicy. Chicken pieces are average tastes and feels boiled. Quantity was good. Price is OK. My orders were one plate chicken biryani, one plate hyderabadi chicken biryani, one plate chicken fried rice and boiled chicken momos. Momos were good and tasty and I'm giving 5/5. But for the rices 3/5. It was my experience. Surely one can try them to serve you more better. It was a home delivery on order through mobile. They are surely time concious. Delevered at the door in promised time. Paid through Paytm after QR code scan. Cash payment mode is also encouraging. I never made a complaint, so no review on there approach over complaint. It is good to them to make food properly cooked and serve, even if it take more...

I am ashish I stay in oxy..came here because I love chillies — but honestly, this place turned out to be a nightmare. The AC wasn’t working, there was no ventilation, and it completely ruined my party. It felt like a furnace inside.

The waiter kept saying “2 minutes main aa raha hoon” — but those 2 minutes never ended. The food was just okay, but the paneer ki sabzi was literally like someone just threw paneer pieces into water — absolutely bland and watery.

When I finally asked for the bill, the guy gave it like a shameless person — he looked guilty, but had zero actual guilt or responsibility.

To top it off, the lady sitting there (possibly the manager or owner?) was rude and totally unprofessional.

Overall: Worst experience. Not...
