Madras Cafeteria — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I used to visit this place once in a month , So i decided to book my kitty there . But we chose a wrong place . We had given advance otherwise i would have left the place in first 10 mins . A huge mouse came out running from the kitchen . Food was not upto the mark this time .. Honey chilli were over sweet , the dosa filling had no taste . they had no serving skill that the waiter almost spilled glass of lime water on my friend's clothes . It was really disappointing facing everyone . Nobody was happy . And cherry on the top happened while paying the buffet bill . there was no discussion of number of members while booking but all of sudden Manager said u need to pay 8 though we were 7 in total . On that we had arguement as they had no documented proof of number of members so they agreed to took...

The cafe was good but they have the variation of price of the same product, when I was sitting on their cafe and I ordered dosa and suddenly I open Zomato and check their restaurant reviews and ratings and I found that they sell their food on Zomato in cheaper price compared to their outlet price, I ordered dosa for 180₹ (price in menu of outlet) then I saw that they're selling the same dosa on Zomato in just 120₹ and also giving offers their. Generally I saw that restaurant prices are higher in platforms like Zomato and swiggy because they have to pay commission and dilevery charges, they this restaurant are worst in this case, also at any place in restaurant and menu card they write that rates are without taxes, I ordered food for 290₹ and at the time of billing they're charge...
