Majboori ka naam Mahatma Gandhi No good restaurant in Chiranjeev Vihar Ghaziabad First of all very very casual way of working in Madan Sweets Chiranjeev Vihar Ghaziabad. My wife is observing Navratri fast and we decided to take Navratri Thali consisted of four Puris and paneer sabji. They served thali after a period of 25 minutes and the quality of Kuttu aata Puris were of very unheigenic and inferior quality I.e. Puri aata was not freshed and size was thick. I think cook hired by Madan Sweets are not professional and does not have experience in cooking fast like Puris and Sabji. My wife was left with bad taste and unsatisfied with the quality of items served by Madan Sweets Restaurant.We took up the matter with the cashier and the lady floor manager who heard us patiently but We don't know what action they had taken to let us feel satisfied. Pls don't visit this restaurant for lunch especially for Navratri food as they don't know the basics and ethics of serving food for Fast...

I visited Madan Sweets, Shastri Nagar today and purchased sweets and some namkeen items worth a total of ₹1760. Among the sweets, I bought 1 kg of Ghewar and made the payment for 1 kg. Later, their staff claimed that the Ghewar weighed 1,194 gm and told me that there was an extra 40 gm, in which the weight of box was 154 gm so they stopped my order and unpacked everything after it was already packed.

This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I have been a regular customer for a long time and have purchased from them many times. The behavior of the staff was very rude and disrespectful. For just 40 gm, they ruined the entire experience and made me cancel my full order.
