New Roti Masala Restaurant — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

First of all this restaurant is on the 3rd floor and there's no lift. You have to use stairs only, which is impractical for the old age person.

Service is even worse. They almost take an hour to serve your food. Even for a water bottle, they made me wait almost 20 minutes. Their staff is really rude and arrogant.

Third, food is like worse than an unhygienic sasta roadside dhabas. I'll talk about their prices later, but primarily, food is really unhygienic, and taste is even worse. I have never tasted as the worst food as here.

Price are very high as compared to the quality of food. IDK, for what they are charging so high. There is nothing good to...

Ambience is suitable only for College going youngsters not good for the family point of view..don't think to celebrate anniversary, kitty or b'day party (STRICT NO)..Poor delivery as only two boys are there to serve and only two for preparation .... smoking and drinking are allowed here...coming to food:-taste is good but order your meal atleast 50mins prior as it takes alottttttt of time to serve...i was literally almost die of hunger...and a hungry person founds everything great that the...

Have been eating from Roti Masala for quite sometime, even when they were running their store on the Ground Floor. The food is good, staff is polite and understanding. I don't visit usually always do an order in. If you live nearby within 2-4 kms would highly recommend you order in it will save you a lot more vs ordering from Swiggy or Zomato.

The chicken dishes are really good so is Tandoori Starters....
