Pizza Hut | World Square Mall, Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

My order id was 15255135 .Same has been assigned to World square mall pizza hut outlet. @ 06: 53PM but order is not delivered but when I haven't received any sms or call till 08:15PM so i called customer care and they aligned call with store manager and he is due to wrong number they were not able to connect me so order not delivered so I updated my mobile no. with store manager and he said it will be delivered ASAP ( here I dont understand why its require to call me as I mentioned full address with landmark while Ordering) after 15 to 20 min again i don't received any alert so I call directly to store manager but he didn't picked my call and I tried to connect him continuously but he didn't bother to take my call and revert me on whats app.Between this I called customer care as well and they said store manager will connect within 2 -10 min which he didn't.

I have to take an update on my order becoz there were some guest at my home with children and I order for them and their children were keep asking about pizza.

After continuous follow ups with customer care a customer care executive @ 09:19PM spoke to store senior management and then @ 09:31 PM store manager called and telling me sir your order is preparing and it will delivered ASAP.When he said its still preparing I said that just cancel my order becoz when I placed my order well in advance at 06:53PM and till 09:30PM it still preparing then anybody can understand how much pizza hut and his store staff bothering about their customer.

Pizza hut you spoil me Party and Embrass me in front my guest. Even My guest also said they wont prefer Pizza hut specially when there has party and gathering.

I have always held Pizza Hut in high regard, but the recent incident has left me dissatisfied and questioning the quality of service provided.

Firstly, I would like to address the issue of the extra topping charge. I paid an additional 62 rs for an extra topping, expecting it to enhance the taste and quality of the pizza. However, I was shocked to find that the extra topping consisted only of a small amount of onions. This was neither worth the price nor satisfactory in terms of flavor. I believe that such an exorbitant charge for such a meager topping is unreasonable, and it greatly diminishes the overall value of the meal.

Moreover, another significant concern arose when our order for garlic bread was changed without our consent. We specifically requested garlic bread, but instead received garlic bread cheese. While this may seem like a minor alteration, it is important to note that some customers have dietary restrictions or personal preferences that need to be taken into account. When we talk about good pizza's, pizza hut remains the best pizza brand. I have been a fan of Pizzahut for the past 17 years. I tried dominos also and even after change in pizzabase dominos remain substandard. Now about this particular store, since the store opened in WSM, I visited it uncountable times and I found that the condition is getting bad day by day. When they started, they were delivering the whole rajendra nagar area but now they stopped their own delivery. (Reason they are telling is people's 30min false claims) Don't give guarantee but atleast give delivery. Also they were giving pizza in pan on table now cheap carton boxes are being used. Enough staff was there earlier but now I have seen many times only 1-2 people handling everything from billing to pizza making.
