I've been a loyal customer of Roker's Pizza for quite some time, but my recent visit left me utterly disappointed.

Upon entering the shop, I found the cashier engrossed in her phone, completely ignoring my presence for a good 10 minutes. When I finally managed to get her attention, she mistook me for a delivery boy, despite my clear intent to place an order as a customer.

After placing my order, I patiently waited for an hour, only to find out that it still wasn't ready. To add insult to injury, my order was handed over to a delivery person, despite my presence in the shop waiting to collect it myself.

The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service at Rocker's Pizza is appalling. It's disheartening to see such a decline in quality from a place I once enjoyed. I strongly advise management to reevaluate their staff training and customer service standards to prevent further disappointment for patrons.

I have order many times Delicious pizza with extra cheese burst but they provide very less cheese burst and and they always add extra charges such as tax too much bad experience worst experience and the quality of pizza is poor and extra cheese burst price is 60/-₹ at Pratap Vihar Branch but told me 80/-₹ and the quality of cheese is poor and once i have order Double cheese pizza with golden corn but they provide me a simple pizza there is no corn or only simple cheese there is no double cheese they doing fraud with customers but this kind of things happend with Shalimar Garden Branch otherwise Roms Pratap Vihar...

I ordered my pizza on call for home delivery. I waited 1 hour but the order didn't arrived then I call the restaurant again they said it would take 10 minutes more the order is packed and delivery boy will take 10 minutes to deliver the pizza. but after 15 minutes I called them again they said it would take 1 hour more because there is rush. Eventually I have to cancel my order after waiting 1.5 hours. I even said if pizza are ready I will pick them from restaurant but pizza was not even ready.
