Shiv Shakti Bakery — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

My general experience on this shop is good, they make quality products starting from cakes, pastry, to pizza, burger or other bakery products. The staff is also nice and supporting, but recently on my birthday(@13 may) I booked a cake 2 days(@11 may) ago and asked them to get it ready by 6:00 pm, and went to take it at around 7:30, still my cake was not ready and i had to wait another 45 minutes to get my cake ready. This usually doesn't happen when the owner ( I don't know what his name is but I think it's Harun/ Harul) is present because hi is a responsible guy, where as the other staff is very irresponsible. This shop is very good.... I had buy many cakes for different occasions from this shop.... Delicious cakes with reasonable prices are available at this shop....apart from shop there are many other things to eat.... Panner patties is my personal favourite 😌😌 must try once, but the only demerit is crowd ... It takes some time (around 2-5 mins) to order anything....and if you have to buy a cake then it takes minimum 5 mins Rest everything...

We were very old customers of this shop. In the beginning the service here was very good, the food used to be fresh, but now they also send the useless, old cake to the costumer. The cake that I had ordered on Valentines Day was completely bad, old & have foil smell & taste. Even on complaining no result comes out . Completely unsatisfied...
