Stellar Binge — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

We had our office lunch here on 28-Dec-2018, and it was a gathering of just 6 people. On entering the ambience felt fine. The mocktail order was taken, and after 5-10 minutes, we were asked to proceed with the starters. While, the golgappa and dahi valle were a good addition to the menu, once we started eating the starters we realized they all were literally cold. Basically, restaurants having buffet do have the facility to keep the displayed food hot through induction tops or whatever they use. But, sadly this restaurant isn't aware of the same. When complained to the manager, the staff instead gave an excuse that we went as soon as we reached and did not wait (P.S. It was already 1.30 PM, were they waiting for customers to arrive to heat the already cooked buffet food?)

Next, at a price of 698 Rs. options were very less, including 4 non-veg starters and 4 veg starters which included a cheese bread. The containers holding the buffet food very so small that once 6-8 people were done picking, it was empty. And then, others had to wait for the food to arrive.

Finally, in the name of fruits, only watermelons were available, when there were 6 people left to finish eating, there was literally just 1 piece of pastry left. They did not even bother to refill until complained. Even on complaining, their excuse was the pastry has finished. They did though brought us an apple pie later to compensate for what has finished.

This was definitely one of the worst experiences I had around...

Situated in IT steller park 62, This place is nice to hangout in the vicinity of sector 62 and around. Reachability to BINGE is very easy and comfortable. and if you are working in sector 57-63, maximum 20 mins drive is required in odd even conditions. Binge is also Ideal to hold corporate lunches , birthday bashes and colleagues farewells . I am not quite sure but it can hold seating capacity of 100 odd people at same time , which is quite big numbers for Corporate persons.

Nice restaurant with a separate BAR. A good variety of snacks for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians available including good choice of Main-Course food. However they can include seasonal sweets in Menu.

Service is also very good and restaurant staff is polite, helpful and supportive.

The plus point for corporate people is corporate discounts they offer, so it will not be heavy on your pockets also.

I am giving 4 star and should be maximum , 5 star is something exceeded...

The stars are for food mostly. However the staff wasn't that courteous and needs to be really trained in order to help them serve better. The bar section has a NO ENTRY for kids which is understandable. However, if it is empty and in any case there's no smoking allows inside, I am sure an exception can be made if one feels that seating in that section would be more comfortable with a kid. Also, our first information was that the last order would be taken at 11:00 PM. However, the senior waiter/ manager kept hovering on our heads and at 10:40 PM summoned us to give our last orders. It was this guy in particular that had an offending tone and really needs to be flexible with customer demands if they are reasonable. All in all, I may visit it again but will always be vary of the staff at that place. Although other junior waiters were kind and polite ... Their senior needs to...
