Dear friends,

I had visited this place recently for the first time and decided to be last one. Staffs are not well trained and service is pathetic. I had placed orders for three burgers and had wait for close to half an hour. They genereated bill for 4 burgers, after payment when i saw bill, it was for 4 burgers. After asking to return money they wete like they cant return money instead they offering to take something else or can adjust money on next visit. My question was why cant you return money,they had no answer. I think staaffs have been strictly instructed to do this by owner. I think owner of this resturent is same person having another shops khadims in ground floor. Owner has very cheap business ethics.They are here just to loot public money. I am 100% sure their customer retention is going to be fall over the period of time.

So my suggestion would be never go by the aesthetics of shop. They are wolf sitting there to clean your pockets.

One week before i visited this place the staff had given me printed carry bag and charged 7 rs for that bag . And given me manual bill for it . Kindly take action against this . Very rude behaviour. Would definitely recommend not to visit again . Request to kindly take strict action check the cctv and take action accordingly. No action would give them...
