BMH RESTRO BAR — Restaurant in Goa

This is one of those hidden gems that poses the Discoverer’s Dilemma... to share or not to share, that is the question. Nestled in a quiet corner of Sodiem, this cozy little bar and restaurant is the local watering hole and hang out spot, with a pool table to boot. We stumbled upon it quite by chance and were so glad we did! Joshua and Elroy are super hosts, warm and affable and you can’t but help feel the homely vibe. Food and drink is super reasonable and service is friendly and attentive. We were out looking for “rasta Chinese” and were transported back in time to music (great English retro stuff) and the street cart Chinese we grew up with. Can’t wait to head back soon for the Goan part of the menu. (p.s. closed on Tuesdays). Saturday is karaoke night and it is was a ride down memory lane...

This is a cosy restobar with a vaddo vibe. They have great karaoke and convert the seating area to a dance floor in a split second! Service here is prompt and ochestrated by Joshua. As starters I'd recommend the ch.liver lollipops as they were done to perfection (not gamey). 8-ball pool enthusiasts are most welcome! This place merits a re-visit, the dancing coupled with the weekend vibe...
