Casa Bicholim Veg & Non-Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

This review is just to open the eyes how service industry works... I had ordered for parcel and had to wait for 50 mins for the same. Customer who came after me got his parcel and left. When I enquired on my parcel he said it's getting ready and will take 2 mins. I waited for 5 mins and when asked again he said you'll have to wait for more 15 mins. Total of 50 mins he wanted me to take just couple of items that is fried rice chicken sukka and cheese naan. In any hotel service time is 15mins for take away. I know it's not a hardcore rule but it shows the quickness of service and importance of time for customer service. These people don't have sense of it at all. On top of it he was explaining about the order received were more. Around 5 + tables were empty. The actual problem what I saw was order was taken from me and KOT was lost at kitchen counter. This showed the lack of care for customers and lack of interest to apologise for the same. The person instead of apologizing and request for his service recovery. It looked like he was ordering me to wait for another 15 mins for his mistake after me waiting there for more then 35 mins. I went to this restaurant for their quick service last time when I went. Today all was slaughtered....

This is a nice new restaurant in Bicholim. Although the food was good, the service could be improved. We tried a variety of dishes, including fish thali (the kingfish was huge and the prawn curry was spot-on according to my dad, a renowned seafood expert!), chicken and prawn biryani, chicken tandoori, fried chicken, chicken kabab, and chicken kolhapuri. We also had butter garlic naan. All the items were delicious, especially the fish thali and tandoor items. The fried chicken was a bit dry. The order in which the food arrived wasn't consistent, but it wasn't a problem for us. The owner is super friendly and ever-smiling. The vibes are great.

Suggestions: Try grabbing seats in the AC section during lunchtime. The outdoor seating can be quite hot due to the current high temperatures, but it would be lovely in the evenings. Four-wheeler parking can be...

Went for family dinner. Easily located, situated on the main road. Plenty of free parking space. The staff is welcoming, polite and cooperative. A.c and Non ac seating arrangements. We chose Ac, inside tables were a bit messy Ac was on but we were still feeling hot. We got our food after 10 minutes We tried: 1.Chicken crispy 4/5 well balanced flavours 2.Chicken dry fry 5/5 must try, was crispy, hot and fresh 3.Rada chicken in gravy 3/5 4.Butter roti. Was Bit disappointed as Card payment option was not available. Quantity was enough for two person Affordable prices One suggestion: Must change their plates as keeping cutlery in plate was difficult. Was continuously slipping in side Overall good...
