We were in search of a restaurant nearest to Sural and we ended up here after disappointing visit to Sural. We order Surmai Rawa Fry & Mackerel Fish Thali. And expected it turned out to be good as we were in GOA!

Bad service. Food is between bad and average. They didn't give us glasses or big plates. We drank water directly from the bottle and ate food from quarter plates. Eat here only when u have no other choice.

Celebrations was popular joint at one time in Sakhalim. But right now place desperately needs renovation. Food quality is good. However not a very great ambience. Family dining downstairs don't have proper lighting, ventilation and atmosphere is full of dampness. No proper washroom facility.
