Just good old Goan meals. Family run restaurant. Don't expect too much about decor, ambience, cutlery, music, fancy seating. The vibe is going to be about beer and cold drink crates lying around, a few dogs loitering around, wooden benches and tables, asbestos roofing, dim lighting and zero views. Just focus on the meals and gupshup. This is a typical small time family Goan eatery setup, a popular local haunt. The restaurant is literally in the family bungalow frontyard! Street parking is ample. Service is quick, quantity is huge and meals are fresh and delicious. That's all that matters here. Try their fresh fish Rawa fry, local fish is a favourite here like Chonak, Modso, Tamso, Mandke, Veliyo. We paid Rs.1400 for a huge crispy rawa fried Modso plate and rawa fried Squid Mandke for two people, which is on the higher side, but it was absolutely yum. We visited this place today during lunchtime, first of all when we went there was nobody to attend on table for a long time no order was taken . After waiting for a long time one person came into to take order when we asked what is available he said that fish thali is available so we thought to order special fish thali . Again after waiting for around 20 minutes our fish thali came and we had it ,it was bit spicy . There are several restaurants around same area which serve fish thali for a very reasonable rate , but this place we paid around 650 rupees for 2 fish thali and two bottles of Coca-Cola , which I felt was very overpriced .
