Mi Casa — Restaurant in Goa

I had booked the hall for get together on 16th Feb -25 n was informed in advance that we will wind up by 6.30 pm ,though we were only 26 pax we agreed to pay for 30 as minimum requirement for buffet was 30 ..since the guests were all Hindu community n it was sankashti.. 4 ppl were fasting out of 26 ..to serve them snacks ( bought by us ) we removed 4- 5 plates from buffet set up infront of the palmira's ( owner) husband n waiters ....so we asked for 3 more plates for lunch to eat ...to my surprise she billed us for 33 pax n upon asking they r telling it doesn't matter how mny ppl r there ..what matters is how mny plates r used...n top of that when our event was going ..she sent the bill to settle with her staff i said m conducting some games n the games r on ...we will settle it later b4 going ...5 minutes later the owner lady Palmira comes n infront of all the guests argues saying that it takes 5 minutes to settle..I have to go home I can't wait n all that ..when i said since games r going on u can't interrupt this way ..I'll come n settle it ..she literally put the AC off after charging 3500/- for hall separately..its ridiculous, she is very rude n mannerless however I would also like to mention in 2018 I had booked the same hall for same purpose that time her father (Mr. Anthony) such a gentleman, had served n arranged it so well on that experience only i went again to same place ,n was totally disappointed this time never again I'll go or suggest anybody Mi- Casa . About food ..it was nice n delicious, buffet...

As soon as we landed in Goa and reached our guest house we had an urge to have some really good food. While wandering around eventually we found this amazing restaurant. The only person Mr. Brando was our host and with his great hospitality he welcomed us with some really nice local Goan cuisine in both dinner and lunch. I must say he is very much helpful in selecting and suggesting menus for us. Specially when it comes to local Goan cuisine. the owner is extremely extremly rude ..me and my friend(boy) entered but the restaurant was not yet opened....we thought we will freshn up but i was allowed to go to the washroom but my friend who was a boy was not allowed to enter the washroom saying that they have a private function and that he was a boy and they only allowed me to enter the washroom as i was a girl......when asked the owner he was very rude to me...and was very firm that he will not allow my friend to go to the wash room......this attidude of the owner is not acceptable and we decided to leave the place...
