Mom's kitchen — Restaurant in Goa

This has to be one of the surprise and awesome thali I ever eaten in my life. We were travelling from Pune to South goa and after karnataka border we were looking for some good place to have lunch. Since I plan my travel well in advance and stops but was delayed by two hours. And it was 3pm n need to look for an alternative. I went in n enquired about the cost and I couldn't believe it. But I was thinking may be fish fry won't be there. Just a thali with gravy. To realise thali comes with big slice of kingfish, surmai vandalu, frawns and bindi curry, rice, cabbage palya, dry frawns side dish and some appetizer. Just for comparison, next four days we at all hotels which are highly rated in Google in South Goa and it all felt like absurd from taste to price. Only bad feeling is, my wife payed through Google Pay and didn't give any tips. I was outside after the lunch to feed our dog. We will make one more plan to visit again to correct that. And big thank you to Mom's kitchen owners and people working there. I could not post photos since we finished the thalis before thinking...

Love the mix fried noodles... Update today... Love the Cafreal n mix noodles... So tasty ordered 3rd time... But had to wait 15min for chilli vinegar sause... 😂 what a bummer coming from 20km away... The girl on the counter is super cordial and well mannered plus humble speech on phone n in person 🙂 Respect... To her services The curly guy needs training in customer service definitely, of the 3rd time we have ordered here... Lazy n Bummish atmosphere around him... He need another job... Mom's team! teach ur particular staff even though you'll are in renovatiohn! Unforgetting the tobacco staff in ur staff quarters... When that's mentioned no tobacco n 🚬smoking... I doubt I'll reduce the stars ⭐ for some management issues... But I'll give one exta 5... Love the package📦 ing too... ✌👍 no...

We were on our way back from Salaulim Dam around 2.30pm and this was the closest restaurant. We ordered Vegetarian food and it was very tasty. Service was also good. Owner and waiter both are very both, helpful and friendly. On our request they cooked food less spicy. Also at short notice they cooked lunch for 10 ppl. They let our mobile phones to be charged. And ran after me as I had forgotten to collect phone and charger.
