The WORST ROYAL ENFIELD service station there is. Their quality of work is so bad that they put their customers into life threatening positions. Let me Explain how.
I gave my Continental gt 650 for service to them as the bike was purchased from there. The bike was sitting switched of for a year as i could not be back into the country due to Covid lock-downs.
They took firstly over 10 days to service the bike. Called me one day at 6 pm to pick the bike up when i got there the bike had over 60% of the work still left to do.
After finally getting the bike the next day I have been finding problems non stop on her. To my luck the bike had zero back tire left and as they did not have it in stock i rode her straight to my factory and parked her. thank god as I could have died that day because of their carelessness.
List of jobs they had to do. Change accelerator and clutch cables change fluids Fix bent clutch lever Change oil seals front fork Fix starting issue Clean the bike up.
When i got there the first day i saw that they had not even cleaned the bike before starting work on the bike.
Anyway. Lets start with the experience now.
When i received the bike after all work was done. the realized the bike was so dirty so dirty that they had to wash it again. it was still dirty after the second wash, anyway forget that. The accelerator housing was spinning in my hand while coming to the factory so i tried to see if the screws was loose which it was 70% not inserted after seeing the tightening of it dint help i opened to see the pin was broken and they did not inform me this or replace it. Life threatening scenario 1. Second one is they did not insert the screw into the crank case to hold the clutch cable in. Luckily it only came out in the factory. imagine it coming out at 60 kmph the back wheel would have locked. Being a custom bike i have different seat pan, they had not tightened the screws for that either, had to do it my self.
Only after noticing these things one by one and calling and yelling at them they sent some one to come with a new accelerator housing and clutch lever ( it was not changed during service. 10 days they had the bike and never ordered the part) after yelling and threatening them they got it in less than a day.
Yesterday while cleaning up the bike i have realized that my entire tool kit and bracket is missing.
I have Attached Pictures below.
I HIGHLY ADVICE NOT GOING TO THIS SERVICE STATION AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT DUE TO PART MALFUNCTION AND IGNORANCE AND HAVE ME HURT REALLY BAD OR WORST CASE DIED

Read moreHi We visited your place yesterday and had a great time playing beer pong and especially loved the Korean garlic bread. We enjoyed it so much that we came back again today, hoping for another fun experience—but unfortunately, we had two very disappointing incidents that we felt important to share. First Incident (Today):I asked a staff member for the bill/cheque, and his response was shockingly unprofessional. He replied, “Kitne ka cheque du?” I asked him what he meant, and he followed up with, “Do laat deta hun.” It was clear he was heavily intoxicated. What’s worse, another staff member who appeared completely sober was standing right there and didn’t intervene or address the situation. Second Incident (Yesterday):While we were playing upstairs, we took a plate with us as our entire group was gathered on the first floor. A staff member approached us and asked rudely, “Kon laaya yeh?” We replied that we did. He then asked, “Yaha kis se pooch ke laaya?” We explained that we didn’t know it wasn’t allowed and that it was an honest mistake. Instead of handling it politely, he arrogantly said, “Yaha wapas mat le aana.” We let it go at the time, but having a second bad experience the next day was unacceptable. This place used to be one of our favorite hangout spots, but the lack of professionalism and disrespect from the staff recently has completely changed our perception. We sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously, as we’d love to return—but only if the atmosphere and staff...
