Disappointing Dining Experience at the Seascape waterfront: Beware of Fish Prices!
We recently visited this restaurant situated along a scenic river bank, lured in by the picturesque location and the prospect of indulging in some delectable seafood. Unfortunately, our dining experience at this establishment left much to be desired. While the ambiance and setting were indeed beautiful, the food itself, particularly the fish dishes, were an utter letdown. Opting for their popular chonak fish plate, I eagerly awaited a delicious serving of this renowned delicacy. However, what arrived at my table was a pitiful sight: three minuscule, thinly sliced pieces of chonak fish. I was left flabbergasted by the sheer audacity of the portion size and the exorbitant price attached to it. It felt like a complete rip-off! To make matters worse, the taste of the fish was nothing more than mediocre. I had anticipated a burst of flavors and succulent texture, but instead, I was greeted with a bland and unimpressive dish. The fish lacked the freshness and depth of flavor that I had come to expect from a seafood restaurant. It was a disheartening experience, especially considering the hefty price tag I had to pay. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to exercise caution when ordering fish dishes. Inquire about the price beforehand, as the shock you'll receive when the bill arrives can be a nasty surprise. I regret not doing so myself, and it significantly tarnished what should have been a pleasant dining experience. While the scenic river bank location may be a selling point, it's important not to let it overshadow the most crucial aspect of any restaurantāthe quality of the food. In this case, the subpar taste and ridiculously high prices of the fish dishes make it difficult for me to recommend this restaurant to others. If you do choose to visit, be prepared for average food, microscopic portions, and inflated prices. Perhaps consider exploring other dining options in the area that prioritize both the quality of their ingredients and customer...

It's little crowded on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. I loved the lightings and the vibe there. Coming to F&B (food and beverage), i expected non vegetarian dishes could be good to taste ( as per other reviews) but good news for vegetarians is that the vegetarian dishes were great to taste and presentable too. For starters we ordered tomato soup and cream soup (mushroom). Cream soup (mushroom) was bowl licking and thick in consistency. Loved the chicken and vegetable stuffing of chicken spring roll. It was crispy and indulgent. Mushroom chilly was served hot and spicy and good in quantity. Chicken koliwada was just like chicken kebab and tastes good with chutney. I was fulfilled in starters š¤ For main course, we ordered seascape paneer jwalamukhi sizzler and omg what a taste and good in quantity wise. Chicken malvani was a little spicy but nullified when you have it with cheese garlic naan. Last but not the least which i found unique amongst all dish was the potli biryani. Here, the biryani is encased in a crispy bread dough thus making a shape of "potli" and then it is eaten along with biryani. Something unique and palatable! Staff was too kind and loyal and did not delay our orders. Prices are decent, not too expensive. Looking forward to visit here again with my friends/family. Overall a great experience. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas here exactly a year back, and I saw such a massive change. With service being fast and the place being more lit up! Kudos on that!
We ordered a lot of starters and were amazed to see a wide variety and not just the regular Goan/Indo-Chinese. Letās start:
Reshmi Kabab: 3.5/5. Looks fancy with the egg whites outside. The chicken inside was basic. Much like a Malai Kabab.
Garlic Bread & Bruschetta: 5/5 Both equally lovely but the bruschetta definitely stole the show.
Cheese Balls: 3.5/5. Would be liked more cheese and something to be oozing out. Was ok for a one time try.
Prawn Balls : 3/5. Not what I expected. Tasted like a cutlet. The prawns werenāt very striking and was a subtle hint which was a let down.
Potato Skins with Garlic 4/5: Really lovely dish. Super delish hits of garlic. A must try!
Fish Koliwada: 3.5/5 The fish was so over cooked that it tasted like chicken.
Batter Fried Squids 5/5: Squids cooked beautifully , batter crunchy! Nothing to fault.
Prawn Tempura: 3/5. Should be renamed to crumb fried prawns. Coating was butter. Prawn paper thin. Not close to a tempura.
We ended with an egg fried rice. A little too peppery for my liking but manageable!
VFM : 5/5 Ambience:...
