Aquenos Restaurant Nadiad — Restaurant in Gujarat

Well my last visit was definitely disappointing. I visited last sunday and the place was full with guests and that's where a restaurant's ability to handle large crowds had shown. There was one table empty for four of us but despite informing them my Intention had to wait for almost 25 minutes with a couple of reminders to their manager. Food served to us was seen in a very hastily manner. Table service was poor and I had to remind them that glasses are required along with water bottles.

Anyway this time my experience was bad and in fact worse.

Still my faith in this place is very much intact and I will definitely visit again just to see their improvement and that why I have given 4 stars. Update, last night I visited this restaurant again for a dinner with my partner. It was full and crowded. Upon requesting manager managed and offered us a table. That's was encouraging and I appreciated that gesture. While the restaurant was full, the staff were managing it as best they could. It was quite noisy due to families having dinner with their children. Anyway, while eating I found a string of plastic of about almost 5 inches long! I immediately inform the staff, and they offered me to change the dish! Well didnt expected this from this well renowned restaurant! But I believe that anyone can mistake and that's why I expect that this restaurant will try to improve their hygiene practice.

Restaurant is iconic and eye catching. Slop roofed building looks nice. At the entry you will find Subway branch. Next is wide and clean swimming pool. Next is restaurant.

Ambient is so cool, antique and feel you luxury. Wooden table and nicely cushioned chairs/sofa. Low lights and centrally chilled.

They have a menu with cusins like Punjabi, Maxican, Thai, Chinese, Italian and mocktails. Their menu are detailed with description. Wide range of different food available.

Food quality is excellent. We had tried Blue Lagoon mocktail some Italian and Maxican. All are well prepared, served, good quantity and excellent in test.

Service from staff was also very good and co-operative.

Costing of price against quantity is not much high....

If I could rate it NEGATIVE RATING I would have. Most horrible managed restaurant the staff is overwhelmed under trained. Wrong items sent took forever. Not the only table that had issues. They had a wedding function at same time. If they can’t handle they should have closed restaurant for the night so atleast a table of 13 could just start to go somewhere else. Manager only response was it is a hectic night. Will be the last time I will go to these place. I did leave a tip since I don’t fault the staff that was not trained to handle the restaurant. My bill was 4500 rupees would have been higher if food came timely and not wanting to leave an go...
